A career executive and entrepreneur, Errol has deep marketing, business operations and technology experience. With Rainmaker Video, he demonstrates a passion for producing and directing videos to help people both in their business and personal lives. Errol’s strong suit is strategic marketing and helping clients frame their messages and present themselves in the most positive light.

In the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Errol was involved in several entrepreneurial initiatives. These included founder and CEO of Unicorn Technologies, angel investor, partner in a small venture capital fund, business consultant and CEO coach.
The bulk of Errol’s career was with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories. He retired as a marketing vice president, having served as an operations executive, national sales director, and manager of advanced computer systems development and implementation. Career highlights include managing the “war room” during the AT&T Divestiture, launching the Universal Information Services marketing campaign, leading the design / build of the AT&T Network Systems marketing and product showcase in Lisle, Illinois and consulting to the Brazilian government on the privatization of Telebras.
Errol has served on several boards including the MIT Enterprise Forum, The Analysis Corporation and Capital Commitment. He also served as a grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation. He was a NASA Fellow at Northwestern University earning a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management sciences. He was a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University Graduate School of Business earning a master’s degree in management.
Errol and his wife / business partner Betsy have three grown children and live in Northern Virginia.
